Fern and her littermates, Flo, Ford, Flint and Fawn came to us with their mother Faye, when they were only 4 days old.  We had a wonderful foster home that could provide them with a safe space until they could find their forever homes.   They have been raised in a home that has friendly dogs too. They are FIV/Leukemia negative, current on vaccines, flea and worm treated and microchipped.  They will be available for our "Foster to Adopt" program after 6/7/2012.  Please contact us to learn more.  Their DOB is 4/6/2012.

Fern was adopted when only three months old and was recently returned because the family said she was not child friendly.  She was blamed for scratching a small child more then once.  She has not been in a home with small children with us but we see no signs of an agressive kitten.  She is still loving and playful but as with any cat, we are sure that if handle to roughly, she may scratch.  She will allow you to pick her up and trim her nails.  We are hoping to find her a home without small children because we do not know what she has experienced while she was not in our care.
