Eddie was found running down the streets when he was younger. A kind family took him home but after a few months they realized they had too many dogs and not as much time to give Eddie the attention he deserves. He is good around people, cats and friendly dogs both big and small. He does listen pretty well too but will probably need some more work since he is young and still learning. He also really likes to be with people and can get a bit upset at first if he feels he is being left out. Currently Eddie is only 8 pounds but may need to gain a pound or two. This should be all the bigger he will get.  We can not be 100% certain of his breed and we first thought long hair chihuahua but after a little research and having more time with him he looks and behaves much like a Papillon mix with possibly chihuahua.   He is very friendly, outgoing and a quick learner.  He is current on vaccines, flea and worm treated, heartworm negative and started on monthly prevention and microchipped.  His approx. DOB is 5/31/2012. It is important to know that he is an escape artist and needs out on a leash.  He is not a runner though and is happy to be with people,
