Franklin was found in the middle of the road all by himself. He was so little and scared. His mother could not be found. He is now growing into a brave little boy that loves attention. He is FIV/Leukemia negative, current on vaccine, flea and worm treated and microchipped. His approx. DOB is 9/1/2013.
