Violet came to us after she was abandoned by her owners and a neighbor allowed her to stay outside under their deck where she had puppies.  They found homes for the puppies but could no longer keep Violet and were taking her to the pound.  She was frightened at first but within 24 hours settled into her foster home and has been a very good dog.  She is not a barker and does well in a crate.  She seems housebroken but as a small dog does need out frequently.  She rides wonderfully in a car, loves to sit on a lap and walks very well on a leash and minds very well.  She is heartworm negative, current on vaccines, flea and worm treated and microchip.  Her approx. DOB is 7/1/2009.
