Little Mancini is not yet available for the Foster to Adopt program, but we are accepting applications on this little quy. His sisters already have approved homes waiting on them and he feels very left out. He is a very unusual little fellow and he was born on July 3rd, Red, White and Boom. He is still with his mother Phantom and she is doing a wonderful job caring for him. Once it is time for him and his sisters to leave her, they will get their first shots and then be ready for the foster to adopt program. That time will be here before we know it.
