Malika has now been abandoned twice in her life by her owners.  It is our goal to make sure that she finds a wonderful forever home.  She was purchased at a pet store as a puppy and her first owner left her at a shelter because they would not take the time to use a crate to properly house train her.  She was rescued from there and fostered and learned to become a very well behaved dog that was fully house trained. About a year ago her foster mom thought she had found her a wonderful home with another husky her age to play with, only to receive a call recently that they too no longer wanted her and had spent no time working with her and keeping up on her training or vet care.  We have taken her to the vet and her vet care has been completed so she is current on vaccines and HW neg. as well as given her flea and worm treatment and microchipped.  She is going to need a family that is willing to be patient with her and to use a crate to help her re-learned how to be a good house pet.  Her approx. DOB is 3/26/2009.
