Frankie was found in an enclosed fenced area and his fur was so badly matted and full of weeds, that he had to be shaved down.  We searched for his home but could not located an owner looking for him.  We completed his vet care and are now looking for a home for him that will not leave him abandoned.  He is current on all vet care, microchipped, housebroke and does well with other dogs.  He rides well in the car and is doing well with being in a crate.  His approx. DOB is 2/14/2008.  The vet said he is three to four years of age, so we thought that Valentine's day was a good estimate since he is such a sweetheart.
