Nikki was being given away for free when some kind young people drove by the house and saw the sign for free puppies.  Although they weren't looking for a dog, they decided to stop and take a look.  Once they did, they could not leave her there as she was so thin and small and looked as if she was receiving no care.  They decided they could at least get her out of there and get her healthy and then try to find a place for her.  She is a sweet little girl and appears to be a Beagle mix but we have no idea with what.  She is learning crate and house training and seems to be catching on fast.  She is started on vaccines and heart worm prevention, flea and worm treated and microchipped.  Her approx. DOB is 2/18/2013.  The vet thinks she will not get bigger then 20 lbs.

Nikki will be spayed the week of 4/22/13 and receive her second vaccines and then be ready for a new home.
