Shorty was rescued from outside the corner market. It was getting cold out and he wasn’t going to make it through the winter. A nice family took him in, got him healthy and recuperated, but the family has 2 cats already, and they aren’t getting along. Shorty loves attention and is not afraid of strangers, he loves people! His legs are very short, like the wiener dogs, which is how he got his name. He almost looks like a Munchin cat. He has the softest, beautiful medium-length hair that doesn’t mat, and he grooms it daily. He loves to play and would love a home he could roam free and have someone to play with. He is a lap cat and loves being brushed, especially while eating! Shorty has acquired many possessions, that he would be happy to take to his new home. (Litter boxes, food dishes, food, scratching post, toys and of course, a brush.)

He is FIV/Leukemia negative, is up to date on all vaccines, microchipped and was successfully treated for all that ailed him. His approx. DOB is 10/1/2010.
